We pay £90.00 per article
and send the writer of the article three gratis copies of the relevant issue.
If more than one person
contributes to the article, all names will be included but only one fee of
£90.00 will be paid.
Fees are usually paid
immediately after publication.
We reserve the right not
to publish the submitted article but will inform the writer within four weeks
of submission.
The copyright of the
article will belong to Tottel with moral rights remaining with the writers.
All published articles
may be cited in Lawtel.
The article must NOT have
been published elsewhere, including the internet media.
The article cannot be
used by the writer without the express permission of Tottel.
Tottel has a sole
distributor for The Criminal Lawyer.
The Criminal Lawyer
cannot be purchased in stores and can only be purchased by subscription.
Individual issues are not
available for purchase.
